The third generation of artificial leather–Microfiber

Microfiber leather is the abbreviation of microfiber polyurethane synthetic leather, which is the third generation of artificial leather after PVC synthetic leather and PU synthetic leather. The difference between PVC leather and PU is that the base cloth is made of microfiber, not ordinary knitted cloth or woven cloth. Its essence is a kind of non-woven fabric, but the fineness is only 1/20 of the ordinary non-woven fabric fiber or even finer. According to the statistics of artificial leather synthetic leather network, it is because of its base cloth – ultrafine fiber fineness, and at the same time through the PU polyurethane resin impregnation, completely simulated the organization of the natural leather structure, and thus has the more excellent performance of the ordinary artificial leather does not have, from the structure of the natural fibers closer to the leather. To some extent, some of its performance even exceeds the leather. 4. Peel strength(N): ≥60 GB/T8948-1995

5. Chipping load(N): ≥110

6. Surface color fastness (grade): dry friction 3-4 grade wet friction 2-3 grade (GB/T3920-1997)

7. Folding fastness: -23℃℃, 200,000 times, no change on the surface.

8. Color fastness to light (grade): 4 (GB/T8427-1998)

Maintenance of microfiber leather

If the microfiber leather application products, due to the more durable, generally do not need special maintenance. As for the raw materials of microfiber leather fabric, generally speaking, storage attention to dust, moisture, away from acid and alkaline substances, away from sunlight and high temperature environment. Different colors of leather as far as possible separate storage, to avoid direct contact caused by the color migration. In addition to keep away from sharp objects, try to use plastic film sealed storage.
